Formatted money is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: it stores a number and shows it in the CRM card as a neat amount with digit grouping, a currency, and a configured number of decimal places. The currency and precision are set in the field settings; the input stays a plain number, the formatting is display-only. When to use it: amounts that have no standard field — a client budget, delivery cost, discount size, partner commission. The number is stored raw, so filters, sorting, reports, and business process calculations treat it like any numeric field.
