Counter is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a number with − and + buttons right in the CRM card for tracking touches, visits, reminders. One click adds one; the value persists immediately.
Counter is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a number with plus and minus buttons right in the CRM card. The increment step is set in the field settings, and with quick edit enabled the button clicks save the value instantly from view mode — no form needed. When to use it: the number of client touches, dial attempts, proposals sent, or approval iterations. The value is stored as a plain number, so filters, list sorting, reports, and business process conditions all work with it — for example, stop the calling sequence after the fifth attempt.
