Card note
Card note is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: it shows an admin-defined text (sales script, checklist, reminder) right inside the CRM card. The text is configured per field and visible to every manager.
Card note is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a permanent instruction text visible in the CRM card to everyone who opens it. The text is defined by an administrator in the field settings and is the same for every entity of that type; the field stores no value at all — it is an information block, not data. Line breaks are preserved. When to use it: a call script for the manager right above the call fields, card-filling guidelines, a reminder about discounts or client terms. The instruction is always in sight — no need to dig through a knowledge base or chat.
