Tags is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a set of free-form labels right in the CRM card. Tags are added by typing text and removed with a cross on the tag itself, each one shown as its own badge. No predefined dictionaries — the team labels cards the way it finds convenient, and the vocabulary grows by itself. When to use it: client sources and interests, markers like VIP or returning, request topics, any labels for quick segmentation that do not deserve separate fields. The values are stored in the field itself and are available to filters and business process conditions.
