Moment capture is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a button right in the CRM card that stamps the current date and time in one click ("client confirmed", "documents received"). The button label is configurable.
Moment capture is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a button in the CRM card that writes the current date and time into the field on click. The button label is configurable, and with quick edit enabled the mark is set right from view mode; the captured moment is shown instead of the button. When to use it: the actual time a call got through, the moment documents were sent, a client-confirmed mark — any event where an honest timestamp matters more than a backdated entry. The value is stored as a regular datetime: filters, reports, and business process conditions work with it.
