YouTube video is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: it stores a video link and shows an embedded player right in the CRM card. It understands all the usual link formats — watch, short youtu.be, Shorts, embed, and live; the timestamp from the link is preserved so the video starts at the right second. The player runs through the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, and a link that is not recognized as YouTube is simply shown as text — never embedded. When to use it: a product video presentation on a deal, a call or demo recording on a client, a training clip in a request card. The video plays in place, without leaving the CRM.
