Checklist is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a configurable list of checkboxes inside the CRM card. Checked items show as compact pills; each field has its own item list.
Checklist is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a set of tick-off items right in the CRM card. An administrator defines the items in the field settings (value and label), the checked positions are stored in the field itself, and with quick edit enabled the boxes are ticked with a single click straight from view mode — no edit form needed. When to use it: tracking document completeness on a deal, a lead qualification checklist, a list of mandatory client onboarding steps. The progress is visible to anyone who opens the card, and business process conditions can read the selected items and trigger actions based on them.
