Input mask
Input mask is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field that restricts a text value to a defined format (phone, tax ID, date). The mask is shown as a placeholder; an optional regex validates the value server-side.
Input mask is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a text field that accepts a value only in a predefined format right in the CRM card. The settings define a mask with placeholder characters (for example, a phone pattern with underscores) and, optionally, a validation pattern — input that does not match the format is not saved. When to use it: contract numbers in a single style, tax ids and other fixed-length codes, internal SKUs, phone numbers in one format. A single format prevents dirty data: the field is filled the same way by every manager, so search, deduplication, and integrations work reliably on it.
