Emoji scale is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a mood scale made of emojis right in the CRM card. The emoji set is defined in the field settings (five by default — from very bad to excellent), the selected one is highlighted while the rest are dimmed. With quick edit enabled the rating is set with a single click from view mode. When to use it: the client mood after a call, a manager subjective assessment of a meeting, the emotional tone of negotiations. The value is stored as a regular field, so filters, reports, and business process conditions work with it — for example, escalating to a supervisor on a negative rating.
