Stage path
The "Stage path" field shows, right in the Bitrix24 (Alaio) card, the whole path a deal, lead or smart process item took: the stages it went through with the entry date and time spent on each, the current one marked and stuck ones highlighted.
The field renders a timeline of stage transitions in the card, assembled on the server the moment the card is opened. Each step is a stage name, the entry date and the time spent there; the last step is marked as current and its clock keeps running. Stages where the record sat longer than a given threshold are highlighted — the threshold is set in the field settings and zero turns it off. Repeat visits show as separate steps: if the item moved back down the funnel, that is visible as it happened rather than collapsed. A long timeline folds down to the chosen number of latest steps with a "show more" button. Deals, leads and smart process items are supported; contacts and companies have no stages, and the field says so plainly. The history can be read with the rights of the employee who opened the card or with the installer rights — the mode is chosen in the settings. The field only reads and changes nothing.
What gap it closes
A record in Bitrix24 (Alaio) shows the stage a deal sits on now, and says nothing about how it got there. How long it spent in approval, whether it slipped backwards — that lives in the stage movement history, which the card gives no way to reach. The Stage path field unfolds it in the card itself: every stage the item went through, when it entered and how long it stayed. The current one is marked and its clock keeps running. Stages where the item lingered past the threshold are highlighted, so you see not "this deal is slow" but the step where it stalled.
How to set it up
- Attach the field to a deal, lead or smart process record, then open the gear-icon settings (admin-only).
"Stuck" threshold, days (0 — no highlighting)defaults to 7. Steps longer than it get coloured; zero turns colouring off.How many steps to show at oncedefaults to 10; the rest fold behind a button.Show time spentdrops the durations when only stages and dates matter.Whose rights to read the history withtakesRights of the employee who opened the cardby default. Switch it toRights of the app installerwhen everyone should see the path.
If the field stays empty
The item has never changed stage: the first history entry appears after the first move.
The field sits on a contact or company record. Those have no stages and no movement history — the field works with deals, leads and smart process items.
The employee cannot see this deal. Under the current-employee rights mode the field stays silent; switch to the installer mode.
Works together with
- Time in stage — the same duration as a number inside a workflow, to raise a task on a threshold.
- Previous stage — which stage the item came from, for conditions in automation rules.
- Stage checklist — what has to be done on a stage whose length the path shows.

Scenario: reviewing a slow deal
- A manager opens the deal card
- The field shows the whole timeline: which stages the deal went through and how long it sat on each
- Highlighted steps show at a glance exactly where it got stuck
